How do I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email click the "View your order" button to see shipping and tracking details.
Has my order shipped?
Check your email inbox or spam folder for an email from support@faecottage.com with your order status. You can also log in to your account to view your order status.
Is a tracking number provided with shipping?
We will email you with a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship to my country?
At this time, we ship only to locations within the U.S., though we intend to ship to other countries in the future.
